My husband, Ken, retired after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and now works as a government employee. My son, Dr. Tyrell Williams, relocated to Logan, UT, working in biomedical engineering, while my other son, Jared Williams, is a Realtor on my team. My granddaughter is the love of my life and the reason I strive to build something greater.

From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a psychologist. I earned my BS in Psychology from the University of Lincoln @ Kearney and began my career as a social worker, later leading nonprofit organizations. Understanding people and their emotions has always made me feel truly connected.

How it all started - I met my husband, an active-duty Air Force member, as he passed through Nebraska on his way to his next duty station. Twenty-seven years later, we are still moving forward together. Military life was an adjustment, but it reshaped my perspective on resilience, community, and the meaning of home. After several moves, we finally settled in beautiful Colorado Springs, where my husband retired, and I found my true calling—real estate.

Real estate didn’t come easy. I initially pursued it to spend more time with my children, but it quickly became my passion. The early years were humbling, but through dedication, I mastered the business at the highest level.

Like many, I’ve faced challenges. A traumatic car accident shifted my outlook on life, teaching me to cherish every moment and extend kindness in every interaction.

Now, with over 20 years in the industry, I’ve built one of the top real estate teams in Colorado Springs. I’ve successfully flipped homes, owned a brokerage, and led a thriving team. My experiences and my family have deepened my understanding of the importance of building stability, legacy, and wealth.

The real estate landscape is always evolving, and I am committed to staying at the forefront, continuously learning and refining strategies to best serve my clients. Our recent move to eXp Realty provides us with exciting growth opportunities in a cloud-based system designed for today’s technology.
